  • Group for ADHD Parents

Parenting children can be especially exhausting and emotionally complicated for ADHD parents. Many ADHD adults facing this life stage realize that old strategies no longer work. Through discussion, reflection, and practical skill-building, participants will explore topics such as executive function, emotion regulation, self-care, organization, parenting challenges, relationships, guilt, perfectionism, and burnout. The group aims to help parents better understand their ADHD brain and their neurocognitive differences relevant to this stage of their lives, build sustainable strategies that work with their brain, and cultivate greater self-compassion while raising children.
